About the role
- We are looking for an experienced Software Business Analyst to work on enhancing existing software.
- The ideal candidate has worked as a Software Business Analyst or a Business Analyst on complex software systems and demonstrates strong collaboration with QA teams, developers, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Business Analyst in a SaaS environment or working on complex software systems.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and QA testing.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Postman, and MS Office.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related field) preferred, or equivalent experience.
Compensation
- You'll play a key role in gathering requirements from internal and external clients and translating them into detailed technical documentation.
