Requirements
- You should have some exposure to finance, accounting, operations, consulting, or a related field, but deep experience is not required.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or a related track
- Experience with accounting, FP&A, and revenue recognition
- Experience with M&A or strategic financial projects
Skills
- Strong financial foundation, including comfort in Power BI, Excel, and other tools
Compensation
- Salary range is 80,000 to 135,000 dollars depending on experience.
- Equity range is 50,000 to 150,000 dollars.
- For large call center operators, each percentage point of resolution Bland drives is worth $500K-$1M+ per year in savings.
