Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation, review, and management of contracts, agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and other legal documents.
- Maintain legal files, document management systems, and contract databases.
- Coordinate with outside counsel on legal matters, litigation support, and corporate filings.
- Support corporate governance activities, including entity management, board documentation, and corporate record maintenance.
- Support internal compliance initiatives and policy management.
- Spanish Language Support
- Translate legal, corporate, and business documents between English and Spanish.
- Support legal matters related to Spain and Latin America as needed.
- Administrative & Project Support
- Manage legal calendars, filings, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). required.
- Strong understanding of legal processes, compliance, and document management. </sp
- Review Spanish-language legal documents and coordinate with external counsel when required.
