Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of adoption, activation, and growth programs aligned to portfolio goals
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure consistent delivery at scale
- Enable field teams with clear positioning, plays, and readiness materials to drive VAS adoption
- Partner with Sales and CSU teams to ensure effective execution in-market
- Drive clarity on roles, handoffs, and ownership to reduce friction and accelerate outcomes
- Design and execute programs that accelerate customer adoption, usage, and value realization
Requirements
- Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement - OR equivalent experience.

- $98k-$188k
