Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as knowledge of warehouse operations Preference for warehouse automation experience is a plus but not required. Responsibilities

Capability to train and implement new technology and processes while maintaining productivity.

Continuous Improvement - Development and implementation of performance-based metrics in order to drive results through continuous improvement programs such as lean six sigma.

Compensation and Benefits The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000, depending on qualifications such as experience, education, and skillset.
