- As a Traveling Assistant Superintendent, you will provide leadership and supervision of activities for a Schimenti Construction site and ensure consistent safety measures are observed by all team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage the field operations of commercial construction projects under the direction of the Superintendent
- Support the Superintendent maintaining 3 week look-ahead schedules
- Coordinate task completion and schedules with trade partners
- Maintain daily focus on job site safety and ensure security of project perimeter
- Partner with Project Management team to ensure timely and accurate close-out process
Requirements
- In this role, candidates must have the flexibility to work day or night shifts and be open to traveling to projects around the east coast as assigned.
- Must have two years of professional experience in the Construction industry or Trades
- Valid drivers license required
- Proven experience managing complex construction projects on short timetables
- Proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications
- Attend and participate in required weekly project and subcontractor meetings
- Microsoft Office experience required

- Procore experience highly preferred
Compensation
- $70,000 - $90,000 salary per year.

- Basic working knowledge of Zoom or MS Teams
