About the role
- Comity is looking for members of the Business Operations team to take an active role in ensuring our success each day in power markets.
- Expect to wear many hats and to work on problems that are mission-critical to the business day in and day out.
- As an early hire in this role, you'll have broad impact over our operations platforms, information systems, and team culture.
Responsibilities
- drive improved efficiency and performance in our power trading unit with data-backed analysis, and
- own projects that support new market growth and rapid scaling of our power trading unit
Requirements
- You have 4+ years of experience in operations, product, or strategy in a fast-paced environment such as a high-growth tech company
- You have proficiency with Python and one or more common analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, etc.
- You have a builder mentality - You thrive in 0→1 environments.
