Responsibilities

  • Own the Client Experience: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing support with accounting, payroll, and basic software questions-all while building strong, professional relationships.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service with a focus on timely responses and dependable follow-through to keep things moving forward.
  • Practice Management: Maintain accurate practice management reports and handle sensitive business matters confidentially.
  • Collaborate Across the Firm: Work closely with teams in IT, payroll, tax, and consulting to provide seamless support and well-rounded service.

Nice to have

  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred-but not required if you bring the skills and drive.
  • 1-3 years in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related role is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic learners ready to grow.
  • QuickBooks Skills: Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (especially QuickBooks Online).

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (especially QuickBooks Online).
  • Tech-Savvy: Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and quick to learn new tools and systems.
  • Excellent Communicator: Clear, professional written and verbal communication is a must-especially when working with clients and teammates.

Compensation

  • Deliver Financial Clarity: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for small business clients, giving them the insights they need to succeed.
