- In this role, you will serve as a critical link in our production lifecycle, ensuring operational continuity through precise materials kitting, inventory management, and floor optimization.
Responsibilities
- Additive Manufacturing Operations: Manage the full lifecycle of a 3D printer fleet
- including part extraction, build plate restoration, and hardware resets to maintain a 24/7 production cadence.
- Post-Processing: Perform precision cleaning and surface finishing on robotic components to prepare them for integration.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to track inventory, manage "kitting" lists, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Proven ability to quickly master new technologies, software interfaces, and evolving production workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to spot minor defects during quality inspections and follow complex SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials, including lifting and moving production components.
