About the role

  • The Assistant Director strengthens development standards, DevSecOps discipline, delivery practices, and governance approaches while promoting operational excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Monitors service performance against SLAs and KPIs, driving continuous improvement and evolution of service measures.
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer engineering or related field
  • or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in application development, software delivery, and/or technology management, including responsibility for teams, priorities, and delivery outcomes.
  • 5+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance technology, preferably within an application development or enterprise systems environment.
