Responsibilities
- As the Guest Experience Assistant Manager, you'll lead the Front of House (FOH) team and partner with the General Manager to ensure strong daily execution and exceptional service delivery.
- Team Management: Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team.
- Inventory Management: Oversee product ordering to drive sales while minimizing loss and shrink.
- Brand Standards: Maintain a clean, safe, and guest-focused environment.
- Operational Leadership: Support 24/7 retail execution and act as Store Manager when needed.
- Performance Results: Drive sales growth, positive customer feedback, and strong profitability metrics (labor, expenses, inventory control).

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, food service, or retail.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Ability to work a varied full-time schedule including days, nights, weekends, and overnights.
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with POS technology.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a results-driven and adaptable mindset.

Compensation
- 2 paid service days annually.
