About Stoke: Stoke Therapeutics (Nasdaq: STOK), is a biotechnology company dedicated to restoring protein expression by harnessing the body's potential with RNA medicine.
Stoke's first medicine in development, zorevunersen, has demonstrated the potential for disease modification in patients with Dravet syndrome and is currently being evaluated in a Phase 3 study.
Stoke's initial focus are diseases of the central nervous system and the eye that are caused by a loss of ~50% of normal protein levels (haploinsufficiency).

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors (current and potential future) and sell-side research analysts.
Partner closely with business partners and collaborators on investor-facing content and disclosures.
Lead the planning and development of road shows, conferences, shareholder meetings, bus tours and one-on-one meetings.
Manage the Investor Relations section of the company website and assist with social and digital communications.
Establish and maintain the company's Investor Relations calendar to ensure consistent news flow delivered with an appropriate cadence.
Manage external agencies and vendors that are supporting investor communications and activities.
Established relationships with industry analysts and institutional investors with a demonstrated ability to successfully manage these relationships. Has a reputation as a trusted IR professional.
Results-driver with proven ability to identify and analyze business dynamics to develop and implement plans to support investor relations activities.
Holds self and others to a high standard of ethics and integrity. Maintains confidentiality, exercises good judgment and discretion.

12+ years of investor relations in a publicly-traded biotech or pharmaceutical company, preferably for a high-growth organization.
Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Post-graduate degree a plus.

Understanding of laws and regulations governing the industry and publicly-traded company communications and investor engagement activities.

Location(s):
Stoke is located in Bedford, MA, and will be moving to a new location in Waltham, MA by the end of 2026.
This position is a hybrid position currently based in Bedford and will later be based in Waltham.
This position will require approximately 20-30% travel.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $268,000 - $308,000.
In addition to base salary, Stoke offers an annual bonus and equity participation.
