About the role

CROSSMARK Retail Reset Merchandisers are vital to our success!
In an increasingly complex retail environment, our specialized Retail Reset Merchandising teams are providing consumers with the opportunity to see and purchase the latest or improved products from our clients.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand
Must have experience with POGs/resets and available for reset work….team and solo.
Must have internet access for daily reporting.
Must be willing to travel up to 40+ miles for team resets.
Must be able to cover early morning (5:00 a.m.) and overnight seasonal resets hours not guaranteed - will vary based on Client's needs.

Execute retail merchandising tasks, encompassing the ability to read and understand planograms and schematic layouts, as well as the implementation of department or brand resets in grocery/retail setting.
Strong execution skills with the ability to meet challenging/changing deadlines
Ability to interface effectively with clients, leadership and managers in a positive, cooperative and professional manner at all times.
High collaboration, engagement and customer service focus is essential.
Accurately report all completed retail tasks via the appropriate designated systems on the day the work is performed.
Complete required training and certification programs.
Engage every work day with CROSSMARK'S communication tools for the purpose of accurately planning, reporting, and reviewing work.
Insure proper maintenance on all company equipment.

English is the primary language skill, however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
Physical Demands
The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds and to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds from the floor to waist or chest high.
Must be available at least 3 days per week for a total of 24 hours…..all work to be completed Monday-Friday unless specified otherwise.
Must be available two full days during the work week.
Hours not guaranteed - will vary based on client's needs
Must be available during business hours 7am to 6 pm.
Occasional weekend work required.
Must be willing to cover all locations within 30 miles of the primary work location listed on the req.
Will cover all classes of trade......grocery, big box, drug, c-stores.
Cosmetic reset experience a plus!
Must have access to reliable transportation.
