Responsibilities
- Raise hand when additional support is needed or when available to help others.
- Manage multiple projects seamlessly.
- Consistent track record of developing strong visuals, including Activation Boards and typography treatments, as well as solid ability to brainstorm.

- The Senior AD has a fully matured mastery of design principles and brings a unique perspective to their work.

Requirements
- 4 years of art direction experience within the advertising industry.
- Ability to produce outstanding work that's on time and within budgets.
Compensation
- $60,000 - $140,000 USD
