Responsibilities
- Design and implement (primarily) digitally oriented campaigns to increase student and alumni engagement and participation across the student lifecycle
- Partner with internal teams to create targeted campaigns and incentives to drive key KPIs: referral, GEO/SEO, branded merch revenue
- Develop and execute referral programs that drive prospective student referrals
- Configure, maintain, and optimize the referral platform, including tracking performance and managing referral reward payouts
- Lead strategy and execution of WGU Store campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and mission
- Manage vendor relationships, merchandise selection, and inventory for store and student welcome gift programs
- Partner with Analytics to understand the impact of referrals vis a vis enrollment goals and the MMM
- Ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders and influence cross-functional initiatives
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead change management efforts
Requirements
- experience and training

- Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience in Growth, SEO, Ecommerce or CRM
- 2 or more years of experience leading a team or managing people
- Strong budget management experience with responsibility for tracking spend and outcomes
- Experience with organic growth tactics, merchandising, e-commerce
- Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of a degree.

Compensation
- $78,200.00 - $129,000.00
