5+ years of experience in residential underwriting, experience working in a Credit Union, Monoline, or similar institutional environment will be considered an asset.
You are the type of underwriter who digs into the details, asks clarifying questions, and looks for the "how" rather than just settling for a "no." You thrive in a high-volume environment.
You are organized, self-driven, and take pride in managing your pipeline efficiently without sacrificing quality.
You are comfortable mentoring others and working across departments to move deals across the finish line.
You can handle broker inquiries with professionalism, even when the conversation is difficult.
