Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience working with financial or planning systems, with a focus on maintaining reliable, consistent data.
- Curious and problem-focused approach, with the ability to spot data issues, ask the right questions, and work with others to resolve them.
- Experience supporting marketing or commercial finance, with familiarity in budgeting, campaign spend, or agency/vendor management.
- Experience in a global or matrixed organization, with an understanding of how to navigate multiple collaborators and priorities.
Compensation
- The salary for this position has a range of $84,488.00 - $126,732.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
- The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
