Responsibilities

  • Partner with plant finance, operations, procurement, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve financial results.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that provide greater visibility into operational performance.
  • Support strategic projects, business integrations, and operational initiatives that drive long-term growth.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • /Requirements What You'll Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing operations.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.

Nice to have

  • Preferred Experience with inventory accounting and manufacturing finance.
