Responsibilities

  • Assist, liaison with HR, in investigation and documentation in support of Amentums Progressive Disciplinary Policy.
  • Interface with internal functional teams for planning, prioritization, and issue resolution of overall activities in the support of and achievement of customer goals.
  • Assist in the maintenance of general program reports and projects, spreadsheets, and databases to support program objectives.
  • Interact with and provide administrative and technical support, through the application of specific program knowledge and subject matter expertise, in the execution of the assigned program management tasks.
  • Safety - Amentum enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Accordingly, each employee must conform to the Amentum Quality Policy and carry out job activities in compliance with applicable Amentum Quality System documents and customer contracts.
  • Create and maintain master files/schedules related to program history, execution and status for the life of the program (inception to disposal).
  • Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

  • Amentum is seeking a Program Management Support Specialist in the North of Las Vegas, NV area.

Requirements

  • working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications

  • Ensure personnel have completed all paperwork, badging and security clearance requirements, as required.
  • Provide drug testing and administrative support as required Support instruction of company training, communication of training requirements, completion of training paperwork and documentation.
  • Good written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.

Nice to have

  • Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred or a related field and 3 years of job-related experience or equivalent.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred or a related field and 3 years of job-related experience or equivalent.
  • Administrative Support experience, Word, Excel, SharePoint familiarity required.
  • Position requires travel.
  • The assigned work site requires a Top-Secret security clearance.
  • Possess a valid state issued driver's license.

Compensation

  • Details: $70,000 The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
