About the role
- Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire.
- Openings - Open to work ESY and School Year 2026-2027 school based hours Primary Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
- Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
- Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
- Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
- Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program
- Pay - $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA after BCBA certification (independent contractor / 1099).
Skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of data analysis.
- Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.
Compensation
- $75k-$79k
Benefits
- Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable service.
- 1KG6XN TB screening - current within 3 months *Bonus will be issued if the new hire commits to 25 billable hours, if that is not achieved in 90 days, the second installment will not be provided.
