Responsibilities
- Design, qualify and improve plasma etching & photoresist stripping recipes for different materials (Si, oxides, metals).
- Supervise & optimize the recipe performance of RIE, DRIE and plasma asher tool
- Technical support and innovation
- Write and maintain operational procedures and technical guides.
- Provide training and support for new professionals.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with the R&D, production and quality departments.
- Autonomy, initiative and organizational skills to manage several projects simultaneously.
