To lead and direct the ESSHQ efforts at the site.
Support and consulting of all departments within the plant with regards to ESSHQ.
Initiation of lessons learned programs to improve safety, to optimize the performance in ESSHQ initiatives.
Transfer of ESSHQ requirements of Evonik and BL Catalysts to the site and ensure departments implement.
include monitoring and reviewing the performance of ESSHQ processes and KPIs, providing support and consulting to all plant departments on ESSHQ matters, and initiating lessons learned programs to enhance safety and optimize ESSHQ initiatives.

Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Safety, Environmental, or related equivalent technical degree required
3-5+ years of Safety experience in industrial/chemical plant environment required.
Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
At least 3 years of experience with ISO requirements
