- You'll assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence‑based interventions and educate patients and caregivers to support safe recovery at home.

Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
