- Job Description As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a combination of inbound and outbound calls while collecting charged off accounts.

Nice to have
- This is an in-office position at 8001 Woodland Center Boulevard, Suite 200
- Knowledge of the FDCPA and other regulations governing debt collections.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and customer service.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Some College Preferred/ but not required.
- Preferred: Two years of debt collection, sales, or telemarketing experience.
Compensation
- $41,600 a year based on experience (this does not include bonus opportunity.) After 30 days of employment with the organization, employees are eligible for paid time off and holiday pay.
