- In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, expanding relationships with existing customers, and serving as a trusted advisor to dealership leaders looking to modernize their operations through AI-powered solutions.
- This role sits at the intersection of sales, relationship management, and strategic account growth.
- The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong hunter mentality who thrives in a highly autonomous environment and takes ownership of territory performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive new logo acquisition through consistent prospecting, networking, referral generation, and territory development activities.
- Create opportunities through proactive outreach and in-person engagement rather than relying solely on inbound demand.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while managing opportunities through all stages of the sales process.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to dealership leaders by understanding operational challenges and recommending solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through implementation.
- Maintain accurate account information, opportunity tracking, and forecasting within CRM systems.

Requirements
- Hunter mentality with a track record of proactively creating opportunities, opening new accounts, and exceeding growth targets.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive software sales, automotive technology, or a related customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving territory growth.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover business needs and align solutions to customer outcomes.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar sales technologies.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of results, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
- Demonstrated success as a hunter, consistently generating new business opportunities while growing and retaining existing customer relationships.
- Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and create opportunities within a defined geographic territory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.

- Experience selling SaaS solutions into automotive dealerships.
- Existing relationships within dealership groups or automotive industry networks.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology company.
- Familiarity with AI, customer communication platforms, or dealership operations technology.
- Experience with territory planning, strategic account management, and market expansion initiatives.

Compensation
- $105,000 w/ (OTE) of $238,000
