Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end property claim handling from first notice of loss through closure, including supplements, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Vendor & Partner Collaboration:
- Manage and collaborate with vendor partners including contractors, independent adjusters, engineers, and other service providers.
- Partner with internal functions - including SIU, Subrogation, Legal, and Underwriting - to drive aligned claim outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of property adjusting claims experience and customer service
- Experience writing estimates in Cotality, Xactimate, or a comparable platform
- Experience writing estimates using information provided by field inspections, not only reviewing field adjuster estimates
- Active adjuster license(s) or eligibility to obtain licenses in all required states
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google productivity tools
- Ability to work from home without distraction
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a fast-paced team environment
Nice to have
- MST & PST timezones
- Experience with virtual inspection tools and AI-assisted claims platforms
- Exposure to catastrophe (CAT) claim operations
- Innovative mindset with a track record of contributing to process improvement
- Experience with MacBook and Google Suite products in claims handling
- CCP, CPCU, AIC or other relevant professional designation

- Conduct virtual inspections using video, AI-assisted tools, and other emerging technology platforms.
Compensation
- Below is the budgeted salary range for this position.
- Actual compensation for this position will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience and skills.

- $70,000 - $90,000 USD
- The full salary range shows the min to max salary range for this position.
- Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and determined based on various factors including the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
