About the role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Specialist to join our team in the United States.
- The role involves managing procurement activities, ensuring supply chain efficiency, and maintaining vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage procurement processes for raw materials and finished goods.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors to optimize costs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Production) for seamless operations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain role
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management systems.
Nice to have
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a global supply chain or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Certification in procurement is a plus.
