About the role

This is a high-craft IC role: you'll work directly with founders, product leaders, and engineers to ship features used by enterprise customers across thousands of calls every week.

Own the UI/UX design process for your projects, from early discovery to polished execution
Design interfaces that translate raw transcripts, audio, and AI-generated scoring into clear, trustworthy insights
Create intuitive flows that help reps retry the exact moments where they struggled, based on AI-identified skill gaps
Bring coherence to complex multi-surface experiences within a single design system
Conduct user research and usability testing with SDRs, AEs, managers, and enablement leaders to iterate on design solutions
Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual craft, and end-to-end product thinking
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

3-5 years of experience as a fast-moving IC, energized by shipping speed
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
Experience with AI, SaaS, or sales-related products
