We're looking for a Software Development Manager to join our growing team and help us scale the next generation of MaintainX products.
Join us in shaping the future of industrial operations-one work order, one asset, one team at a time.

Manage a team of 5-6 product developers, driving delivery, quality, and innovation.
Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Software Development Leaders to scope, plan, and deliver projects with a high bar for quality and reliability.
Lead, mentor, and grow your developers-helping them build new skills, navigate challenges, and advance their careers.
Set clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and support the team in achieving goals.
Collaborate with Recruiting and other Software Development Managers to hire, onboard, and scale a world-class engineering organization.
Strong technical foundation in computer science fundamentals, system design, and modern web technologies.
Passion for hiring, coaching, and developing diverse Software Development teams.

4+ years of Software Development management experience with proven success leading software teams.
Demonstrated experience in technical design, problem-solving, and project management (experience with Jira preferred).
Proficiency in CI/CD, automated testing, and reliability-focused development practices.
