We're hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO to keep the CEO focused on Duolingo's highest priorities and ensure their days run smoothly.

Own end-to-end calendar management for the CEO, prioritizing time against company goals, stakeholder needs, and leadership cadences; proactively resolve conflicts and protect prep, travel, and deep-work windows.
Partner closely with the Chief of Staff, Head of Office of the CEO, and other EAs to ensure the CEO's schedule reflects strategic priorities and that handoffs are seamless.
