About the role

The Customer Vice President, Category Leadership serves as the senior category and strategic advisory leader for the Walmart business.
This executive is responsible for driving category growth and strengthening the Walmart-Kraft Heinz partnership by translating consumer, shopper, marketplace, and operational insights into actionable business strategies.
The Customer Vice President serves as the voice of the shopper, category, and marketplace while helping Walmart and Kraft Heinz win together in a rapidly evolving retail environment.

Build trusted executive relationships across Walmart.
Lead the integration of shopper, consumer, category, operational, and marketplace insights to drive business growth.
Drive localized category recommendations that improve shopper relevance and category performance.
Partner with Walmart's merchandising, store planning, retail design, and operations teams to support store remodels, new store openings, and future retail concepts.

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Category Leadership, Customer Strategy, Retail Intelligence, Shopper Insights, Sales Strategy, or Consumer Analytics.
Deep expertise working with Walmart and omnichannel retail environments.
Influence customer decisions through fact-based recommendations and category expertise.

$220,800.00 - $276,000.00
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.
