Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise marketing strategies that support business growth and transformation objectives.
- Lead customer segmentation, targeting, and audience strategy to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Optimize retention programs to increase customer loyalty, reduce churn, and improve lifetime value.
- Own the marketing technology roadmap, including CRM, customer data platforms, marketing automation, personalization tools, attribution platforms, and marketing analytics solutions.
- Ensure marketing technology capabilities align with business objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
- Partner cross-functionally with Media, Field, Product, Digital, IT, Sales, and Finance teams to improve customer experiences and marketing performance.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing analytics and customer lifecycle function.
- Deliver actionable insights that inform strategy, campaign planning, and customer engagement.
- Drive continuous optimization across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition through retention and growth.
- Manage financial analysis to effectively allocate marketing budgets, manage expenditures within approved limits, optimize ROI, and deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
Compensation
- $206,900.00 - $310,300.00
