About the role

  • This is a part-time W-2 role based in Baltimore, MD.
  • The ideal candidate is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in primary care, behavioral health, integrated care, addiction medicine, MAT services, clinical documentation, and interdisciplinary care coordination.
  • The FNP will order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, screenings, medical histories, and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • The role will document services in ICANotes in accordance with COMAR, Medicaid, payer, and organizational standards.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have active, unrestricted Maryland Board of Nursing licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP).
  • A Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner are required.
  • A valid DEA registration and Maryland CDS registration are required.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification are also required.
  • Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain professional liability or malpractice insurance.

Compensation

  • $30k-$90k

  • This position will also develop individualized care plans, coordinate referrals to specialists, and educate clients and families on wellness, prevention, relapse prevention, medication safety, and treatment expectations.
