Requirements
- Required: Master's degree from an accredited NP Program or PA program
- Master's degree from an accredited NP Program or PA program
- Problem-Solving Skills: Effective problem solving, organizational and time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have
- One (1) year of prior clinical or home care experience.
- Previous EMR experience preferred.
- Experience in care of older adult (geriatric) patients preferred
- Preferred: One (1) year of prior clinical or home care experience.

- Required:

- Problem-Solving
- Required: Active California state Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Active RN License and Furnishing number (Must, upon hire) NP only
- Active Nurse Practitioner Board Certification/Physician Assistant Certification
- NPI Number, DEA, Valid BLS
- Valid California driver license and current automobile insurance

Compensation
- $113,332.00 - $169,999.00 Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
- Our members are typically aged 65 and over and home and virtual visits will be between 45 and 60 minutes depending on whether it is an annual or initial visit.
