Responsibilities
- Perform front-facing, code checking, rotating, and removing out-of-date products.
- Operational Support: Assist with sampling programs, periodic inventory checks, and complete necessary worksheets for spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep.
- Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned, ensure accuracy of signs and pricing, and report safety hazards.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment, and ensure equipment is maintained according to The After Market standards.
Requirements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday.
- Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- knowledge of data mining tools is a plus.
