About the role
- The Warehouse Associate will ensure timely and accurate processing, fulfillment, and shipping of all orders across D2C, B2B, and wholesale channels, with a focus on quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Full time M-F day shift, 8AM-4:30PM, no nights, no weekends
Responsibilities
- Unload containers and perform general quality inspection from the factory.
- Engage in problem-solving to support process improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- They will operate warehouse equipment, manage pad printing logistics, and perform inbound inspections while maintaining clean, safe, and organized workspaces.
- This position will also support continuous improvement by identifying and solving operational issues and ensuring accurate order entry in NetSuite.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Single site dry storage warehouse setting with regular exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and equipment.
- Frequent standing, lifting, bending, and moving of materials.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks regularly.

Nice to have
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills
- experience with inventory systems preferred.
- Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to be trained).
