About the role
- Clean and refresh guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to brand standards
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleaning protocols
Responsibilities
- Change linens, make beds, restock amenities, and maintain in ‑ room supplies
- Clean and maintain public areas, hallways, and back ‑ of ‑ house spaces
- Support laundry operations as needed
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
