Responsibilities

  • The role also oversees the creation and maintenance of a dynamic shopping environment, which incorporates fashion trend statements, visual presentations, and promotional events to support the sale of full-priced merchandise and the overall profitability of the store.
  • Hire, train and develop the Merchandise Operations team responsible for a wide range of back of house processes.
  • Maintain Inventory accuracy by regular oversight of Inventory exception reports.
  • Develop, motivate, and train your team in all aspects of their role.

Requirements

Compensation

  • The starting salary for this position is between $67,000-$69,000 annually.
  • Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
