About the role
- Your focus on the strategy and execution of the end-to-end inbound and item creation experience.

- Identify product gaps, monitor performance against quarterly OKRs, and propose enhancements based on insights and user feedback.
Responsibilities
- You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, AI/ML, and external vendors to deliver scalable, efficient, and automated inbound solutions.

- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, operations, and AI/ML to build, launch, and iterate on internal products.
- Proven success managing the end-to-end product lifecycle -from concept through launch and iteration, including build and buy solutions.

- About The Role We are looking for an experienced Staff Product Manager to lead our Inbound and Strategic Supply functions within the Operations product team.
Requirements
- Experience working with tooling for item creation and item cataloging.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and ceremonies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field-or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to translate complicated business concepts to digestible components and capabilities.
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams Work independently with direction.
- 3+ years of experience in dropship or supply chain product management.
- Experience in B2C commerce, logistics, or merchandising domains.
Nice to have
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in eCommerce platforms or operations.
- Preferred Requirements: 3+ years of experience in dropship or supply chain product management.
