About the role
- Conveniently located near I-80 in Waukee, this state-of-the-art, 21,000 sq. ft.
- ASC offers same-day joint replacement, orthopedic, sports medicine, foot and ankle, plastics, pain management surgery and a cardiac catheterization lab in an out-patient setting.
- Responsible for performing duties related to direct patient care.
Requirements
- Certificate in Basic Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Mandatory Reporter Certification, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support required.
- Two years nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting required, specialty specific.

Nice to have
- Ambulatory surgery experience is preferred.
Skills
- Assists physician in performance of procedures through implementation of the perioperative process.
- Monitors sterile and aseptic techniques in all areas of the perioperative process.
- Performs all circulating duties with efficiency and speed.
- Performs scrub duties, as necessary.
