About the role
- The Market Development and Outreach Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Sentara Health Plans' member engagement, retention, outreach, and community development efforts.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Experience working with CRM Database (Required)
- Experience in customer service, public relations, outreach and advocacy (Required)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Use of personal vehicle required.
