About the role
- This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the founders.

Responsibilities
- Own financial strategy and planning - build and maintain the financial model, drive budgeting and forecasting, and give the founders a clear line of sight into unit economics, and growth.
- Be the numbers partner to the founders - turn ambiguous questions into rigorous analysis, pressure-test decisions, and help set priorities.
- Lead fundraising and investor relations - support capital raises, manage the data room, and own board and investor reporting.
- Own compliance, tax, and risk - keep us clean and audit-ready as a company operating in the financial services space.
- Build for scale - stand up the tools, controls, and (eventually) the team that let finance keep pace with the business.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a finance leader (VP Finance, or senior finance operator), ideally with startup or high-growth company experience.
