Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define functional requirements for OMS, trade blotter, standardized order messaging, and automated confirmations
- Design and oversee integrations with fund administrators, custodians, accounting systems, and downstream reporting/analytics platforms
- Strong vendor management experience - RFPs, contract negotiation, and managing implementation partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in investment technology, with direct hands-on experience implementing or operating an IBOR, OMS, or comparable investment platform
- Working knowledge of transaction messaging standards including SWIFT (MT/MX), FIX, or equivalent
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to engage front-office investment professionals, operations leaders, and senior technology stakeholders
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured platform requirements and delivery plans
- Hands on experience with AI and AI-assisted development and agentic workflows, including use of LLM-based tools to accelerate delivery

Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $150,000-$180,000.
- This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
- We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
- This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
