About the role
- We are seeking an experienced High-End Residential Foreman to join our team building luxury custom homes in Altadena and Pacific Palisades. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, maintain exceptional quality, and keep projects moving efficiently. The ideal candidate has experience with custom luxury
- residential construction, is comfortable working alongside the crew when needed, and can represent the company professionally while interacting with homeowners, architects, designers, and high-profile clients. Nice to have
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience coordinating luxury finish trades including millwork, cabinetry, stone, flooring, and specialty finishes.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and in-house crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Work alongside the crew as needed to keep production on schedule.
- Assist the Superintendent with scheduling, planning, and coordinating daily activities.
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and client expectations.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure crews have the resources needed to stay productive.
