About the role

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the contractual obligations for the Floatel and direct liaison with clients within the established operational, health and safety, and other policies and procedures of the company.

Maintain a safe, healthy work environment by ensuring operational HSE compliance, including compliance to HSE regulations and implementation of enhancement initiatives with the support of the HSE department

1-2 years of experience in a hospitality operation (guest services, room management, and food & beverage)
3-5 years of previous experience in leading a project, preferably in the role of Operations Manager or Project Manager
Knowledge of the technical functions and operational components of large format vessels, specifically Ro-Ro or passenger vessels
Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test prior to hiring and potential random tests throughout employment without prior notice
