Responsibilities
- This role collaborates closely with developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure systems are reliable, well-documented, and aligned with user needs.
- General Systems Gather, analyze, and document software requirements from stakeholders and users.
- Develop detailed functional specifications to guide development efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system goals and deliverables.
- Assist in the design and testing of software applications to ensure quality and performance.
- Create and maintain system documentation.
- Artificial Intelligence Work with business users to understand manual or repetitive tasks and implement AI-assisted automation that reduces effort and improves accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain user guides, configuration documentation, and training materials for AI-enabled tools and solutions.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to end users working with AI tools, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- SharePoint Build, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online team sites, communication sites, hub sites, document libraries, and list-based applications that meet business requirements.
