About the role
- The Continuous Improvement Manager will champion plant-wide initiatives that eliminate waste, streamline operations, and elevate overall performance.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, this role serves as a hands-on change agent and trusted resource energizing teams and delivering results without direct reports.

Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Continuous Improvement:
- Partner with Plant Leadership to align site initiatives with Global Supply Chain and Corporate CI objectives.
- Lead high-impact Lean and Six Sigma projects that deliver rapid, scalable cost savings and operational gains.
- Design and implement innovative engineering solutions to solve complex processing and efficiency challenges.
- Deliver Data-Driven Operational Excellence:
- Lead process optimization efforts including time studies, workflow redesign, SOP development, and capital upgrade recommendations to improve visibility, performance, and results.
- Build a Culture of Continuous Improvement:
- Lead root cause analysis, Kaizen events, 5S, Kanban, and other waste-elimination initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Develop and execute communication and rollout strategies to sustain improvements.
- Interpersonal: Excellent communication, collaboration, and team building skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations, manufacturing, or related.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Skills
- Strong project management, organization, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with competing deadlines and changing priorities.

Compensation
- The expected annual base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000.
