About the role

  • The Continuous Improvement Manager will champion plant-wide initiatives that eliminate waste, streamline operations, and elevate overall performance.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, this role serves as a hands-on change agent and trusted resource energizing teams and delivering results without direct reports.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Continuous Improvement:
  • Partner with Plant Leadership to align site initiatives with Global Supply Chain and Corporate CI objectives.
  • Lead high-impact Lean and Six Sigma projects that deliver rapid, scalable cost savings and operational gains.
  • Design and implement innovative engineering solutions to solve complex processing and efficiency challenges.
  • Deliver Data-Driven Operational Excellence:
  • Lead process optimization efforts including time studies, workflow redesign, SOP development, and capital upgrade recommendations to improve visibility, performance, and results.
  • Build a Culture of Continuous Improvement:
  • Lead root cause analysis, Kaizen events, 5S, Kanban, and other waste-elimination initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Develop and execute communication and rollout strategies to sustain improvements.
  • Interpersonal: Excellent communication, collaboration, and team building skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations, manufacturing, or related.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Skills

  • Strong project management, organization, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with competing deadlines and changing priorities.

Compensation

  • The expected annual base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000.
