Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire process from outreach to contract execution within the SNF and Long-Term Care sectors.
- Territory Development: Identify high-value targets and build your market expansion strategy.
- Relationship Management: Build deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors.

Requirements
- 2-10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care, skilled
- Deep SNF fluency - you know how these facilities operate and how decisions get made
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Comfort with a road warrior schedule (4-5 days travel per week)
- Bachelor's Degree required
Compensation
- $100,000 - $150,000
- Uncapped Quarterly Bonuses: The more you close, the more you earn - no ceiling, ever
