About the role
- You will work across engineering, product, operations, risk, compliance, and customer care to identify friction points and rapidly ship safe, reliable, and measurable solutions.

Requirements
- Master's degree with 5+ years of experience
- bachelor's with 7+ years software development experience
- Experience with Java/J2EE, web tech, web services, and frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
- As part of the application process, all applicants are required to take live assessments.
Nice to have
- Experience in Risk and Compliance back-office controls and case management applications.
- The expectation is to work from the office a minimum of three days a week.

Compensation
- Annual base salary range is $130,000 - 155,000 USD per year.
- Total on-target compensation includes a base salary and short-term that align with individual and company performance.
