About the role
- Oversee dental providers, assure quality of dental services, and provide oversight over specific agency components as directed by the Chief Dental Officer (CDO).
- As a member of the Executive Leadership team, participate in decision-making, operational policy development and problem-solving that impacts the entire organization.
- Program Planning, Evaluation and Development of Provider Staff:
Responsibilities
- Assists, supports and helps develop staff training programs
Requirements
- Post-graduate residency training is required
Nice to have
- Bilingual and bicultural in an Asian language and English
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Current DEA, CPR, and other certificates.
- Meets all CME requirements

Compensation
- Participates in the annual evaluation process of all licensed staff, and ensure the continuing development and improvement of evaluation policies and tools.
